"By definition" a wheel war is something which happens on TENEX or UNIX 
and has nothing to do with 'single revert' or 'double revert'.

Usage of the term has obviously been expanded, but no... you can't 
reasonably say, 'my definition of what is a wheel war is better than your 
definition'. Neither is written in stone, or even on paper, anywhere.

Better to say, 'pulling a block is not always a bad thing'.
