"Aristocrat" is not always pejorative.

Some things work best as an aristocracy.  If it's not difficult to
enter the aristocracy (did someone say, "no big deal"?) then it
shouldn't be a real problem.

That's why I proposed the system above.

Remember this is discussion as to an alternative to AfD's poison.
