Oh, there's *probably* some plausible uses in Wikipedia: space, but in
the general case I concur.
I remember chasing up whoever it was that put the graffiti image on
[[WP:VIP]] because it didn't have an info on copyright, and it turned
out to be a {{CopyrightedFreeUseProvidedThat}} (effectively, CC-BY).
