Great stuff.  I now see the show/hide button on Template:Dynamic
navigation box.  Only thing is, it appears above the title, instead of to
the right of it as it does in the German version.  Have scrutinised the
CSS and JS as best I can but can't see an obvious reason why that would
be.

I added another javascript function that is required by that, and a
user on IRC tells me it now works for him, yet it doesn't work for me.
Probably just cache issues on my side, so go look. :)
