The claim is "Unencyclopedic articles reduce the credibility of the
encyclopedia" To put the burden on the person denying the claim would have
him running around looking for information which he believes does not
exist; it would require him to act irrationally.
No, the real claim is "AfD is damaging the project and should be deleted".
The burden of proof is on those who make that claim.
