The diff is below - it doesnt seem to be too out of
line. Its certainly not in a good style of
organization for an intro, and certainly reinstating
it as if he owned the place was a disruption.

RFC seems to be just as "toxic" (ie. rumor mill) as
IRC, so that alone isnt impressive. The charge of
insulting and trolling seems quite well established
though.
