[WikiEN-l] blocked for being bold

SPUI is right about the autoblocker. By the way, MediaWiki isn't a
program. It's a script. Or,  I should say, a set of scripts. PHP is
also a super easy language to learn, but the multi-language stuff in
MediaWiki makes it harder then most stuff. Maybe i can patch it.
