"Forcing" has its problems of course, but perhaps we should discount votes without any sort of reasoning. If people say "delete per nominator" and the nominator said it was unverifiable, we could throw those votes out the door as soon as it's verified. You can't fix an article or act upon a vote without a rationale at all. --Mgm
