Okay, I have to qualify what I wrote before -- I actually am irritated by 
the following examples of personal attacks (or at least, very rude 
behavior) by RJII.

Nevertheless, I am still afraid of requesting mediation or arbitration 
because however much these irritate me, I maintain that the real problem is 
the damage RJII is doing to the article by disregarding content policies -- 
and I do not want my his rude behavior to divert attention from the real 
problem.
