The page-move vandal WoW is back again. this time as [[User: ©
<http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:%A9&action=edit>]], an
account kept from August 2004. So clearly WoW has some "old" accounts
still registered, and regards them as throw-away accounts.
Could a developer or bureaucrat please take a look at the logs to see
where this nuisance user is coming from, to see if there's a consistent
pattern of IP addresses?
