[WikiEN-l] Scared of the arbcom? FEARE YE NOTT!

If there are users who feel intimidated by the system to the point 
where they do not feel comfortable seeking dispute resolution, that is 
itself a problem. I am willing to help there.

Think of it as the AMA, only for a different kind of disadvantaged user.
