I'm puzzled. I made a 3RR report when the other guy made 4 reverts in
24 hours. He'd stopped talking and had become abusive so I pulled the
trigger, having refrained from undoing his 4th revert. Yet I've been
blocked for a 3RR breach. How is this so?
