Yes, and quite possibly he's following your contributions to check up
on you, but you /did/ still revert a newbie adding factual information
in seeming good faith twice without any explanation to him other than
'stop vandalising Wikipedia!'.  You are being in that case at least,
far too hurried and quick to revert.
