I agree with this---the less meta-pollution of the article space, the 
better.  When I'm editing Wikipedia articles, I generally think "how 
would this seem if it appeared in a printed version of Wikipedia?"  If 
the answer is "really out of place", then it shouldn't be there, IMO.
