[WikiEN-l] NPOV and Reverting all edits (was: Odd)

I don't think this would be a useful policy,
or an easy solution to a difficult problem.
I think implementing this policy on the Jerusalem
page would create inertia to any changes and
further enshrine an imperfect status quo that
has been haphazardly arrived at.
