Why? I am constantly deciding what the reader should see and the
reader should not see.You can argue that "interesting" and "relivant"
and "not meaningless" are POV terms but I am not planning to put the
exact depth of every lock on every canal article I create. I am not
going to shove random information about the ming peroid of china into
an article on the algerian civil conflict and I am going to carry on
speedy deleting "fgfgfgfg" and "whoohoo I edited a page".
