[WikiEN-l] WikiEN-L needs dailing posting limits

I'll admit that I had interest in those threads when they started, but after
a while I just deleted, without reading, the output of the principle
posters. The dialog had ceased to have new or interesting information,
assuming I was here to chat, let alone form Wikipedia policy.
