To describe this as *blocking* of any kind is to misunderstand the process
of rendering a web page. No blocking of any kind occurs; further requests
for material are simply deferred until the user requests them. This is a
simple and elegant solution to the filtering problem; the user decides
precisely what he does and does not want to see.
