They are even allowed to use the Wikimedia software!  Of course they 
would not be allowed to use the name, but I assume they have their own 
colorful ideas for a name.  Some people with technical knowledge may 
even be inclined to help insure that they stay successfully forked.  
This is obviously an area where our policy to discourage forks could be 
waived. :-)
