[WikiEN-l] Advice about an abusive editor?

I suggest you send an email to abuse at ohiou.edu and suggest that they cut off his email account for sending offensive emails.

Now, normally I reach a point where I am able just to ignore such 
irritants. But when someone stops writing on my talk page, and e-mails me

I'd appreciate it if someone would either calm me down, or suggest what 
kind of disciplinary actions may be appropriate at this point.
