[WikiEN-l] RK welcome

I received a mail from RK today, telling me his ban
was over, but he was still banned.

The ac decision was made on the 14th, but he was
apparently notified on the 15th (after being blocked I
fear), so it seems to me that he should be unblocked
today;

Accordingly, I unblocked him. I however asked him to
edit his personal space today, in case some people are
nosy enough to say it is the 14th rather than 13th.

RK served his time very well. He did not try to cheat
at all. He apparently went on reading what was going
on, since we could see him write to this mailing list,
in a very reasonable tone, from time to time.

I hope that everyone will take heart to welcome him
back and hope that we can all work together in good
faith and peace.
