Unfortunately not - if he was fingerable by IP, he would have been
autoblocked when he tried coming back in again. So he's in a DHCP pool.

In theory someone could have done IP lookup while the attack was in
progress, ascertained the DHCP pool and blocked it for 15-60 minutes to let
them cool down, but there's no precedent for doing so in a case of
vandalism. I certainly wouldn't feel it was a community-supported lookup to
perform at present.
