Very well.  I retract my characterization of the issue as "settled", and
I actually find that I'm sympathetic to your point.  The next question
that arises, then, is whether the fact that the sketching scene was
integral to the plot makes an image depicting that scene of integral
importance to the article.  Does the fact of that scene's importance to
the plot imply that it is somehow more suited to illustrating the
article than a recognizable representation of one of the primary actors
in the movie?
