I don't get this. Explicit is just a synonym for "overt". In the picture
we've been discussing, Kate Winslet's left breast is explicitly bare,
whereas her left breast is only bare by implication. It's a completely
neutral word, though its meaning in the phrase "explicit content" is
difficult to decipher. This reader is left scratching his head and
wondering if the phrase has something to do with dark matter.
