Absolutely!  These are serious concerns regarding the relevance of the
picture.  These are the concerns that should motivate the selection of
images for encyclopedia articles -- whether they are well-composed,
relevant, and appropriate to the article in question.

It's unfortunate that some people seem to be able to talk about only
whether the image in question is "indecent" or offensive to their
personal sensibilities, and not whether it is useful or relevant to the
encyclopedia.  Why is this unfortunate?  The former criterion is *never*
acceptable or useful as an argument for choosing an image, whereas the
latter criterion *always* is.
