You cared.

And one person is all it takes. That's why we have succeeded thus far;
because it's easier to revert vandalism than to cause it.

Also keep in mind that some featured articles ([[heavy metal umlaut]]
comes to mind) *do* get significantly improved over the course of
their day on the main page.

We're a wiki. Why mess with success?
