[WikiEN-l] Public watch system at WP:W

I've made [[Wikipedia:Watch]] (shortcut WP:W) to help with
communications about specific subjects.  The idea is to create a set
of transcluded articles that highlight important discussions to people
interested in that area. Anyone can add a link to a watch or create a
new one, but those that are not used may be removed.  There are
currently four examples that are illustrating the idea.
