Not yet, but I can think of two easy ways to get such information:
from the last edit by a user, and from their last page-view.

It would be nice to be able to identify groups of users and find out
when they were last active.
(This feature should probably require some kind of opt-in; sysops
might be asked to allow such identification to make it easier for
people to contact them; it would also likely get used *all* the time,
so it should be designed not to be a major impact on the db)
