[WikiEN-l] Request that 'libertarian' be banned

To whom it may concern,

I would like to request that 'libertarian' be banned from this mailing 
list, as he is incapable of engaging in civilized discussion.

Certainly disagreements are acceptable, but repeatedly referring to 
other users as "morons" and declaring that one is superior to all other 
participants in the discussion is unacceptable.
