Note that the second condition is not Curps' one, but ours as a committee.
Note as well, that it is not moderation, but mediation
So to speak, if you wish to scream, throw insults, libel, legal threats, 
  or sexists jokes, it is ok you do so...if you think that can help you 
to feel better :-)

We are not here to "moderate" your behavior, but to help you communicate 
with Curps and co.

This is why we request that the processus be kept private. It is more 
pleasant to those not involved, it allows you to express yourself a bit 
hotly if it is unavoidable, it allows us to rephrase your comment, so 
that the discussion is not impaired by mildly unnice and unfocused 
comment, it allows better forgive and forget afterwards.
