That my very well be true, and I do believe that it's important to know 
about key persons so as to give some structure to a knowledge of 
history.  One needs to remember who controls the schools, and how they 
function to perpetuate the society's received wisdom.  Stories that 
glorify governamental structures need to be balanced with tales protest.
