[WikiEN-l] anons and new articles

Like Fred, I think this goes against the spirit of a Wiki. Wikis thrive 
on the contributions of anonymous people. We wouldn't be anywhere near 
as successful as we are today if we didn't give anons the freedom they 
have now.
