Re: a moratorium on deletions. I propose instead we continue on the current path: list stuff that can be cleaned up on Wikipedia:Cleanup, and list stuff that should be deleted on VfD. Given that only a small minority of users have expressed opposition to "deletionism", this seems like the best way to go. -Mark
