I don't think the latter one's really relevant in this case: the only 
reason the sep11 entries have drawn more work than the ww2 victims is 
that Wikipedia did not exist during ww2.  If it did, it's quite likely 
everyone would've been adding entries as the body bags of their friends 
came in.
