The registration of the domain is done on 30-Jan-2003

I can not find a name of the owner.

It seems to be a copy of Wikipedia EN but whit the name "acapedia".

There are a lot of recent postings about acapedia in directorys.

I supose the have problems whit there server and pointing the traffic to 
Wikipedia as a backup.

Mayby wikipedia can work whit them and send the traffic to Acapedia when 
Wikipedia is down.
