I would only support allowing Lir back if Lir resolve's Lir identity
crisis and operates under his real name, taking responsibility for
his actions, and accepting criticism for dissenting views. I don't
really think he has an excuse for anonymity, seeing as he has
evidently abused of this in the past.

Anything short of that is, in my opinion, going to generate hundreds
of emails and an eventual ban.
