[WikiEN-l] Watchlist

I'm all in favour of the new watchlist, despite having had to cut down from 
1600 items (and that's without automatic). 

Previously my watchlist timed out after about 8 am, so I could only view it 
once a day. Now it works every time. Thank you Brion
