No problem, but how about using the "revert all the bad edits of this user  
on sight" strategy instead of the "ban this specific pseudonym of this  
user" strategy as an experiment in this case? The latter strategy seems to  
contribute to the proliferation of fake identities which need re-banning  
and re-banning.
