Hallo,

Schlechte Neuigkeiten bezüglich der ESA-Bilder. All mein Betteln hat leider 
nichts geholfen :-( Eine GFDL-konforme Nutzung ihrer Bilder wird unter keinen 
Umständen gestattet.

Further to your e-mail, we propose you an other solution.
The web users of the Wikipedia Encyclopedia have to accept our terms and
conditions of use; so each time they want to download an ESA view they have
 to click in a window accepting the terms and conditions of use of ESA's
 images (as it is done in ESA's web site when they want to download views
 from the Multimedia Gallery, people have to accept first the Terms and
 conditions of use of ESA's images). see****

But, we confirm that we do not agree the following principles of your license
 : 2) Freedom of usage: Everyone is allowed to use the work for every
 purpose. 3) Freedom of modification: Everyone is allowed to modify the work
 according to his/her own needs.
4) Freedom of distribution: Everyone is allowed to distribute the work
(original and modified) at the price he/she likes, provided that every
interested person gets a transparent (open data format) machine readable copy
of the work and that for modifications/derivative work the same rights are
given to everyone.

ESA images are not in the public domain and if you do not subscribe to our
 Terms and Conditions of use of our images, we do not authorise you to use
 them.

Thank you for your interest in ESA's programmes, we hope our offer will
 answer you request.
