[teampractices] Phabricator dashboards and saved searches

One of the things I find missing in Phab is the ability to search for tasks
which transitioned closed in a certain time range.  Here's the related
ticket: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T78562

The closest I can do is search for tasks that are closed and have were last
edited in that range.  Here's an example of that search:
