[teampractices] Mingle

I have been massaging the Analytics team's stories out of mingle and am
experimenting with Phabricator.  I got it to look a little like Trello:

However it does feel clunky like I am repurposing a tool with a task
workflow written coders into a different workflow for agile/scrum user
stories.
