I do not think we are even remotely close to the limit, but if Sauce Labs
jobs stop being marked passed/failed, this might the be problem.

Subject: Introducing REST API Rate Limits
To: zfilipin at wikimedia.org

Dear Sauce Labs User,

You may be aware that Sauce Labs has implemented rate limiting on our REST
endpoints in order to ensure a great experience for all of our customers.
In addition to the recent limits placed on the number of requests per
second we will be implementing further restrictions by adding hourly
request limits for each endpoint. The new restrictions will limit the
access to all endpoints to *10 requests per second* or *3,500 requests per
hour*.

The new limits will go in the effect on *Tuesday, March 1st 2016*. We
strongly encourage customers who use the REST API to modify their code to
be able to gracefully handle the new restrictions. In order to help our
users to smoothly transition to the new limits we’ve created a way to opt
into the rate-limiting by using a *'X-RateLimit-Enable: true*' header.

More information on the transition timeline, code samples as well a
detailed description of the limits can be found on our blog
