[QA] Please refresh your Jenkins Job Builder copy

Hello,

On Monday we updated the Jenkins git plugin which comes with some
slightly different XML config format.

We have updated integration/jenkins-job-builder.git with a more recent
version that supports the new git format and I have adjusted our yaml
configuration files: https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/215335/

So please upgrade your jenkins-job-builder local install :-) You
probably just need to:

 cd integration/jenkins-job-builder
 git pull

If you installed it as an editable project (pip install -e), you are all
set.
