[QA] CI weekly checkin Apr 7th minutes and next meeting

Hello,

The CI weekly checkin has just completed.

We decided to move them from Monday 1pm UTC to Tuesday 2pm UTC, 
potentially letting San Francisco folks to join in since it is 7am there.

The next meeting will be on *Tuesday* April 14th at 14:00 UTC in 
#wikimedia-office.  The intended audience is anyone having an interest 
in continuous integration and having actions run automatically on code 
changes.
