[QA] Flagging some Beta Labs issues

Just joining Maryana here - this also disrupted the user testing for
ContentTranslation lately.

I appreciate the work on HHVM and all the other experiments, but I guess
that this raises the need for separating the environment. Running more than
experiment on the same bunch of servers proves to be tricky.
