[QA] Performance tests

Hi,

this Tuesday during our regular RelEng/QA weekly check-in we have mentioned
"Test to compare the performance of MMV and the Commons File: page"
commit[1] (in MultimediaViewer repository). I have remembered that Wikibase
already has a similar test, but I could not find it during the meeting. I
had a pairing session with Tobi today and I have remembered to ask, so he
pointed me to the correct place[2].

You can see in the performance trend graph (top right) how responding time
dropped significantly around build #15.
