[Mediawiki-l] Help:Editing empty?

You need to create that page yourself to give help specific to your users
and how you want them to use your wiki. If you wish, you can see
http://mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Editing and view the content there. If there
is a blue banner around it, it is in the public domain and you can copy that
in to your own wiki, using
http://mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:Export/Help:Editing and Special:Import on
your own wiki.
