[Mediawiki-l] portal namespace

The templates might also be using CSS class and id names to identify
divs and other page elements for formatting. If so, you'll need to grab
the appropriate CSS from Mediawiki:Monobook.css page in order to make
them look the same as they do on the site you're grabbing the templates
from.
