[Mediawiki-l] changing navigation bar to include "&hidebots=0"

I want to change the navigation bar to link to:

Special:Recentchanges&hidebots=0

to show (by default) the bot edits.

I have tried to include the full-url, but I think because of the "?title= &" 
stuff, it does not seem to work.

I looked in the following page, but found no helpful examples for this:
