[Mediawiki-l] Configuring Edit Shortcut Box

You need the extension CharInsert by Brion Vibber - available here : 
http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/CharInsert
After installing this, you need to copy'n paste the relevant 
"MediaWiki:Edittools" or "MediaWiki:Copyrightwarning" texts from Wikipedia 
into your own wiki (found under Special:Allmessages)
